Done!

I am DONE work....for now anyway. I am "working" from home Thursday and Friday but that doesn't really count.

Now, my mom told me a funny story about how her last day of work when she was pregnant with me was June 17th. She was going to have 3 weeks to herself and to get everything ready....guess I had different plans b/c I decided to come the next day! Wow- BK better at least give me a week of relaxing....b/c I know it'll be a looooong time before I get to do that once he comes!

Go Phillies!

I am almost a sleep at work today but it was totally worth it to see my Phillies will 7-5 over the LA Dodgers! My boy Victorino saved the day once again :-) The Phillies are now 3-1 in the series...just 1 more win and we are on to the World Series.....haven't seen them do that since I was 11.

Can't wait to dress Baby Kiwi up in his Phillies outfit....now, if the Phillies go on to the World Series and BK comes a few day early...BK could potentially watch his first baseball game this year!

Full Term!!

BK is officially considered full term today. He can make his appearance now and everything should be fine!! Of course, we would like him to hold off for another week or 2 so mommy and daddy can get the house all cleaned up for him!

Bump Update!

Opps! Haven't posted in a while!
Here is a pic of a massive me @ 28 weeks. BK is getting quite big....just about 2 lbs 6 oz now :-)

We are starting BK's room this weekend - I'll try to remember to post pics when it is all done.

It's a BOY!

So, I had the best birthday present (ok 1 day early) this year! I got to leave work early b/c we had our BIG ultrasound last Tuesday. We found out that BK (Baby Kiwi) is doing very well - BK's growth is right on track and everything looks great! Plus we found out that BK is a little boy (Will post pics of the proof later!).

Our little BK will fit right in - All my friends seem to have had boys as well or are expecting boys. Can't wait to dress him in Phillies and Eagles gear.
